    Abstract：

    随着学生素质教育的逐步开展，大部分初中生开始加深对体育教育重要性的认识。如何提高初中生的整体心理和身体素质，也是初中这一特殊阶段中大多数初中体育教师面临的素质教育的最大挑战。而近年来体育拓展训练的应用，不仅有效弥合了体育教师能力与传统拓展体育的差距，也激发了初中生对体育学习的兴趣。
