Abstract：
电子产品的性能与可靠性是会受到温度环境的影响，可见温度检测对电子产品的十分重要。温度是电子产品表面冷热程度的一个物理量，在一定程度上会对电子产品的可靠性造成不利影响，并且与电子产品的工作性能有着极大的关联。为此，深入分析电子产品温度的检测方法，积极研究出高效性的检测方案已经成为相关工作人员的重要目标。
