Abstract：
建筑工程施工技术管理及质量控制直接关系到整个建筑工程的质量，也对施工企业提升整体竞争力有着很重要的作用。因此，在施工中，对施工技术和质量控制管理时，应当重视项目施工各个阶段的管理工作，将各类新技术、新工艺以及新方法使用在施工作业中，提升整体施工的效率。若在管理过程中发现问题，则应及时制定相应的应对管理方案，不断完善制度管理建设，提升施工人员的综合素养，促进建筑企业的稳定发展。
