    本文通过对利用计算机网络构建智能电网节点分布模型，实施信息测量与数据分析工作，以此设计智能电网安全保护机制与实现算法，从而对最终的仿真实验进行综合性分析，确保所设计的保护机制满足智能电网安全运行需求。
