Abstract：
随着经济的快速发展，环境问题已经成为了当前社会中最主要的矛盾之一，同时这也是我们每个人都要面临和解决一个重要课题，而在当今世界上各个国家之间存在着严重不同程度差别，以及相互制约与相互作用等各种不平衡现象，对于人类生存空间造成影响等等，这些情况都是由于人们赖以生活所引起得一系列全球性气候变化所导致。为了能够有效地保护环境健康发展，我国必须加强对于生态环境保护的重视程度来提高其可持续发展能力和水平，本文主要解析中国环境工程设计现状及其新发展。
