    Abstract：

    城市污水处理厂的特点和其他的现代工业有所不同，其重点是明确污水排放的要求，解决城市中的各种污染。城市污水处理厂基本是由国有投资兴建的，建设性质也是归国有企业所管的，但后期由于城市污水处理厂的迅速发展，在经费方面考虑到了外商投资和民营费用，当前以及逐渐转变为了城市污水处理厂的企业属性。所以，本文主要以城市污水处理厂为主要研究目标，探讨对污水处理企业的成本控制方法研究。
