    体育教学不仅能够让学生掌握运动技巧，也能起到强身健体的效果，在实际教学当中，拓展训练能够让学生发挥无限的潜力，挑战精神及身体上的极限，更能让体育教学内容、方式得到创新，保证教学成效和质量。目前很多初中体育教师都非常重视拓展训练，并能运用现代信息技术提升拓展训练的趣味性、有效性，本次就以初中体育教学为前提，对拓展训练的实践方面进行了全面探究。
