    Abstract：

    目的：由于脑卒中患者在治疗中身心都会伴有非常严重的痛苦，在生存质量上会有一定的下降。对此，研究通过延续性护理的方式，缓解患者的病痛。方法：把60例脑卒中患者分为对照组、观察组各30例。其中，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用延续性护理。结果：出院半年后，对比两组患者HPLPⅡ评分，以及两组患者的满意度。结论：采用延续性护理对脑卒中患者具有更好地护理效果。
