    Abstract：

    小学数学学困生在不同时间、不同地区和不同学校以及不同班级都是普遍存在的现象，如果教师无法实现转化，学生很难赶上教师的教学进度，为了解决此背景下转化学困生的学习困难，数学教师要多加关心学生的情绪，引导学生端正态度，调动积极性，攻克难关。本文将以多元智力理论为探讨基础，提出目前在转化学困生方面遇到的难题，并且提出一些转化的路径。
