Abstract：
培养小学生听说读写能力是小学英语教学的重点，其中阅读能力作为一项综合性的能力要素得到了教师的高度重视。农村小学生的英语基础相对较为薄弱，学习能力处在相对较低的水平，面对这样的情况，要提高学生的英语阅读效果，就需要运用恰当的教学方法加以引导，把培养和提升小学生的英语阅读能力作为重要一环，并通过变革传统教学方法和引入创新性的教学策略来提高学生的英语阅读能力，帮助学生解决英语学习当中阅读素质发展困难的问题。
