    Abstract：

    永联村位于江苏省张家港市南丰镇，改革开放前曾是张家港最小最穷的村庄。改革开放后走出一条“以工兴村、以钢强村、以工业反哺农业融合发展”的特色道路，被著名社会学家费孝通先生称赞为“华夏第一钢村”。本研究借助本人参与永联村的规划设计契机，围绕永联村乡村住宅50年来从无到有，从小到大的变迁，探索苏南工业强村的乡村住宅的多样性，总结永联村乡村住宅多样性的原因和影响。
