    Abstract：

    为解决水库放水隧洞施工、养护不当以及围岩、温度应力变化等因素所导致的裂缝问题，本文首先对放水隧洞裂缝出现的成因做出分析，并在此基础上从清缝钻孔、洗缝、灌浆、养护等方面，提出放水隧洞裂缝病害的处理对策，提高水库放水隧洞的安全性与防渗漏效果，以期为相关人员提供参考。
