]本文基于火驱采出气特点,探究了采出气集输过程中脱水、酸性气体腐蚀和增压方式等难点。集输过程中宜采用分子筛脱水工艺,增压方式宜选用螺杆压缩机和往复压缩机组合方式;增压过程中空冷器可能堵塞,应定期利用热水和硫溶剂对空冷器进行冲洗;脱水后采出气集输选取碳钢+缓蚀剂,不脱水采出气集输选用钢骨架复合管,集输压力>12MPa宜选用双金属复合管。
