Abstract：
随着露天矿产能的不断核增，相应地对采剥效率的要求就日益提高。WK-35电铲作为露天矿山中核心的大型采剥设备，每台电铲都满负荷承担着其额定生产任务，不像矿用重卡出现故障时可调度其他完好车辆进行使用，因此不断提高电铲的可动率势在必行。为尽最大限度保证采剥作业的高效率运转，本文结合WK-35电铲在西湾露天煤矿投用近两年来出现的种种故障，分析了对其进行预防性维修的必要和相应的预防性维修方式方法。
