    若想整体提升建筑业的市场竞争力，必须对传统的管理策略进行深层次创新且能进行智能化的运用。建筑企业要在平台搭建、制度创新、人员培训与管理三方面着手，分别生成易操作的管理之策，并以智慧平台推动建筑工程施工现场作业的数字化、以制度和技术要素驱动智慧工地的建设、智能化提升工作人员的岗位胜任力。
