    Abstract：

    本文首先阐述公共建筑机电工程的基本特点，其次深入分析公共建筑机电工程应用绿色节能技术的原则，最后从四个方面阐述绿色节能技术在公共建筑机电工程中的应用，分别是结合具体需求选择电压等级、运用太阳能与地道风、在排水系统中应用绿色节能技术、在照明系统中应用绿色节能技术、依据机械设备特点进行节能，以期为相关研究提供一定的借鉴与参考。
