    在新课改要求下，初中体育与健康课程要以人为本，着眼学生的个性，让每个学生的身心都能健康成长，其中的个性化培养是一个重要内容，需要广大教师理解透彻并运用到实践中。在这样的改革背景下，教师作为学生的指导者、教育者，学生的个性化培养方式就显得尤为重要。本文主要就初中体育与健康课对学生的个性化培养进行探讨。
