Abstract：
课堂教学，始终处于高效运行过程中，只有不断的进行创新，点燃学生学习的激情，才能制定完善的教学目标，提高学生的学习质量，完成各项教学改革的任务。作为小学数学教师，需要结合文章中所提到的方法，积极的进行调整，采用小组之间的合作学习，优化教学内容，运用现代化的教学手段，变革和调整教学形式，组织趣味性的游戏化教学，增强学生的学习效果，引发学生对数学课程的密切注意，拓展学生学习数学的空间，从而为高效课堂的构建，做好充足的准备。
