Abstract：
教育是一项具有教化的艺术，而数学教师既要承担教书育人的责任，又要具备一定的教学与教育能力。在某种教育观念的引导下，数学教师的所有教学活动都从自发到自觉，使数学老师成为一名能持续超越当前教学水平并将其应用到自身教学实践中去的学者。
