    Abstract：

    在以核心素养为指导的基础上，把“人的发展”融入到小学的数学教育教学之中，提高了学生的数学综合素养。小学数学的基础知识很多，但计算能力是极为重要的，所以一个人要掌握好的计算技巧对于有效提高计算能力是非常有必要的。为此，应加强对算术的训练，使其具有针对性地渗入计算法，以提高其计算的主体性，提高他们的计算能力和准确率，为以后的数学教学奠定了良好的基础。
