    实施乡村振兴战略的意见对我国新时代发展背景下乡村工作具有十分重要的作用。乡村的全面衰退对留守人员就业和生产生活产生了较大影响，不利于实现全面建设小康社会目标。以乡村振兴战略激发乡村活力，实现共同富裕对于后城市化时代乡村可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。本文主要就乡村振兴背景下村庄规划要点进行了分析。
