    Abstract：

    随着煤矿企业规模持续扩大，企业文化建设的重要性日益突出。员工思想教育工作属于企业文化建设当中的关键环节，为了保证煤矿企业的良性发展，不仅需要加强安全生产管控，并且重视员工政治思想工作，提高员工的道德水平与职业素养，为企业可持续发展提供前提条件。本文主要分析在“互联网+”时代煤矿政工工作的组织路径。
