    Abstract：

    随着现代教育改革在小学阶段的逐步推进，数学教学对学生的计算能力培养也提出了新的要求。学生计算能力的培养是优化学生数学综合能力的基础，教师要从小学生的年龄、学习环境等多个条件出发，结合小学数学教学的具体需求，设计针对性较强的教学方案，降低计算训练的无趣感，使得学生能主动融入数学课堂，一步步强化自身计算能力，保证学生在未来数学学习中的核心竞争力。
