    Abstract：

    (3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》中指出:“幼儿的学习是以直接经验为基础”，我们需要根据幼儿的学习特点，让幼儿在玩中学，保证每天的自主游戏时间，给予幼儿充足的自主游戏空间，合理安排一日各个活动环节。同时为幼儿创设丰富适宜的教育环境，支持和满足幼儿通过操作、感知、体验获取直接经验，从而促进幼儿良好品格的养成。
