    Abstract：

    在建筑施工过程中需要涉及的因素较多，机电工程作为其中的一类也是如此，本文先就施工质量因素进行分析，然后提出了施工质量管理要从事前、事中以及事后三方面入手进行把控，保证相关的品质管理控制能够有限实施。最后提出了机电工程提质量管理的创新措施，分别从人员因素、设备物料因素以及技术方法因素等入手，严格把控各环节，确保工程质量。
