    Abstract：

    随着科学技术的快速发展，在教学中融入信息技术逐步常态化。田径运动对学生身体素质的提高有很大的帮助，因此，将信息技术融入田径运动中能很好的帮助学生理解并掌握田径运动的知识点与动作要领，本文论述了在中职体育教学中运用信息技术的价值所在以及运用的原则，并提出相应的运用对策，最后对信息技术在田径运动中的运用展开探讨，希望能为其他学者提供力所能及的帮助。
