    Abstract：

    生活自理能力是幼儿具备独立生活能力的体现。《3～6岁儿童学习与发展指南》（以下简称《指南》）中指出：“教师要在五大领域培养幼儿的多元能力，这些能力的培养都建立在幼儿具备一定的生活自理能力之上。”当前，小班幼儿的生活自理能力较弱。教师要将培养小班幼儿的生活自理能力看成一项重要工作，切实提升幼儿的自我服务能力。
