    随着近些年我国现代化建设的不断发展，我们逐渐意识到人才综合素质的培养具有较为重要的作用。相信大家都知道，在青少年发展过程中，其身体素质对于其后续的发展具有较大的影响。本文简要分析了初中体育训练的现状，并给出了几点对策。
