    Abstract：

    工会是国有煤炭企业与职工联系的重要纽带，其主要的工作目的就是对职工的合法权益进行保护，强化职工的凝聚力和向心力，并不断提高职工的综合素质，实现职工与企业的共同发展。当前国有煤炭企业中工会开展政治思想工作的影响因素较多，本文主要针对国有煤炭企业中工会开展政治思想工作的意义进行分析，并提出一些具体方法，希望能为工会开展政治思想工作提供有利依据。
