Abstract：
在当今这个充满变化和挑战的社会，企业之间的竞争日益激烈，企业在竞争中取胜的关键在于其应变能力。企业可以从容应对变化的外部环境，生产经营效率得以提高。柔性管理在企业团队管理中起着重要的作用。与刚性管理相比，这种管理模式更加人性化和科学化。在企业团队管理过程中，柔性管理可以有效地促进企业生产经营的和谐。现代企业只有把刚性和柔性结合起来，才能真正获得良好的发展。
