    Abstract：

    中国自古以来以农业大国著称，中国作为具有十几亿人口的人口大国，农作物的收成直接影响着人们的正常生活。随着社会的发展与科技的进步，我国农田水利建设工程也逐渐完善，面对农业旱涝灾害时的抵御能力不断增强，从而促使我国农作物的收成日益增多。本文以水利灌溉情况为出发点，对水利灌溉工程的设计与技术进行分析探讨，并对结论进行分析总结。
