    Abstract：

    小学体育教学中注重培养小学生综合素质和能力极为必要，社会适应能力作为小学阶段应该着力培养的重要能力，在小学体育教学中同样也应该引起高度重视。文章重点基于体育教学对小学生社会适应能力发展的作用，首先明确了具体作用路径，然后又探讨了如何优化相应作用表达，希望具备参考借鉴作用。
