    以人为本的初中班主任管理策略探究[摘 要]以人为本教育理念，在落实过程中非常强调学生在班级、学习中的作用和地位。而且人本理念的变现形式也是多种多样的，本文从融入人本理念，改善师生关系；注重集体观念，融洽生生关系；凸显学生主体，锻炼自治能力三个方面对人本理念和班级管理工作的融合进行了探究。
