Abstract：
新时代教学改革鞭策教师提升综合素质，要求教师不仅能高效导出知识，还要能够助力学生发展核心素养，使学生可以夯实终身学习与成长基石。如何在教改背景下提升教师的综合素质成为教师要解决的问题。本文通过探讨高中历史教师自我素质提升的策略，以期为提高高中历史教育改革质量提供参考。
