    Abstract：

    良好的行为习惯不仅有益于一个人的身心健康，对自身学习、生活、工作、人际关系等亦有积极影响。学前教育阶段是幼儿行为习惯养成的重要时期，其模仿能力、学习能力、可塑性较强，只是缺少自觉性、自制力以及判断力。因此，在学前教育中，教师需要结合幼儿发展规律及身心特点等采取科学的教育手段给予幼儿正确的引导，培养幼儿养成良好行为习惯，为日后发展奠定基础。
