数控车床是一种高效率的自动化设备,它的效率高于普通车床的2~3倍,要充分发挥数控车床的这一特点,必须在编程之前对工件进行工艺分析,根据具体条件,选择经济、合理的工艺方案。在数控车床上加工零件时,应考虑的因素主要有:毛坯的材料和种类、零件轮廓形状复杂程度、尺寸大小、加工精度、零件数量、热处理要求等。概括起来有三点:①要保证加工零件的技术要求,加工出合格的产品。②有利于提高生产率。③尽可能降低生产成本(加工费用)。
