Abstract：
相较于一些西方发达国家而言，我国对智能建筑的研究与建造起步较晚，至今尚未达到建筑电气技术与智能建筑深度融合的状态，难以充分利用建筑电气技术保证并最大限度提升智能建筑建设与使用效果，不利于我国智能建筑事业的快速发展。由此可见，研究智能建筑中建筑电气技术的应用是非常必要的。
