Abstract：
随着我国经济的高速发展，电力企业也在我国占据着重要的主导地位，但是目前电力企业的发展步伐加快，竞争也变得更加激烈，那么应该转变传统的管理理念，以创新性的管理方法，提升自身的水平，以财务管理当中精细化预算的改善方式为着力点，提升电力企业的竞争力，实现长期的发展和打算。
