Abstract：
本文以《伴性遗传》的教学设计为例，建构了“生物学核心素养为主旨，学生为主体，教师为主导，情境演进为主线”作为核心框架的“四主”教学模型，通过创设情境，让学生在真实的情境中发现问题，教师引导组织学生围绕问题开展合作探究活动，在逐步解决问题时形成关键能力，落实培养核心素养。
