    目前，我国的教育在不断改革完善，高中语文教师素养是高中语文教师职业素养的集中体现，是衡量高中语文教师业务水平的重要尺度之一。高中语文教师素养有别于教师素养，它是特殊的教师专业素养，且受当前高中语文课程标准的制约和指导。高中语文教师素养内涵具有专业性、统一性、发展性特征。
