    Abstract：

    随着我国城市化进程加快，城市产业结构也在进行调整，城市外围老旧工业园跟不上城市发展节奏，处在一个比较尴尬的位置，政府要加快老旧工业园改造，重新规划老旧工业园发展规划，优化城市工业资源配置，让老旧工业园改造焕发生机。政府要为老旧工业园改造量身定制改造方案，合理配置周边资源，进行系统化改造，征求市民、专家对老旧工业园改造建设意见，挖掘老旧工业园文化价值，打造有温度的工业园，促进城市可持续健康发展。
