    Abstract：

    中职学生英语小组合作学习能力培养是当前新课程教学理念下一种高效教学策略，对学生学习成长与发展具有重要作用。教师大力开展中职英语合作教学模式，能够培养学生竞争与合作思维，从不同创新型教学类型中培养学生综合能力，提高学生英语素质。基于此，本文就中职英语教学中学生合作学习能力培养价值、当前英语教学中存在的问题进行研究分析，并提出相关策略。
