    Abstract：

    作为铁路运营的一部分，铁路养护是一项非常重要的工作内容。在铁路建成之后，后期养护的好坏会直接影响到整条铁路的使用寿命与经济效益，因此相关工作人员必须要对铁路的养护工作给予充分重视。而全面质量管理策略则是一种科学严密的产品质量管理体系，其理念是以人为本，以产品质量为核心，以满足用户需要为原则，往往能够带来非常优异的管理效果。本文旨在将全面质量管理策略应用于铁路日常养护中，以谋得更高的养护工作质量与效率。
