    Abstract：

    湘绣文化是我国的传统文化瑰宝，2000多年的历史文化积淀使得它在技艺精进、精神塑造等方面拥有积极的影响力。然而，现代社会的快速前进和新潮事物的不断涌入使湘绣文化的传承与发展受到阻碍，为了培养新时代的优秀传统文化“接班人”，就必须让湘绣文化进入校园，并通过学校精神文化、制度文化、行为文化建设使其真正融入校园、留在校园，从本质上促进湘绣文化的传承与发展。
