    Abstract：

    机械振动是一种非常常见的机械加工现象，主要就是指加工工件、设备等振动。机械振动对机械加工非常不利，轻则导致刀具松动，加工产品尺寸发生变化，重则出现各种划痕，导致产品成为废品。最重要的是机械振动还会加速刀具磨损，导致刀刃损坏。显然，为了保证机械产品加工质量，延长刀具的使用寿命，必须采取有效的措施，防治机械振动现象的发生。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了机械加工过程中机械振动的成因及解决措施，以供参阅。
