Abstract：
随着时代的发展，科学技术也随之得以升级和完善。在这样的时代背景下，图书编辑的发展也迎来的前所未有的全新机遇，对于编辑的科研能力来说也提出了更高的要求。本文主要针对自我培养是提高青年编辑科研能力的有效途径的理论进行验证，文中从树立科研意识、如何发现科学问题、积极参与科研事件以及撰写学术论文等方面对上述理论进行验证。总结出只要能够做到以上这几点就能够实现提升青年编辑科研能力的目标。
