Abstract：
尿素水解制氨工艺在火电厂SCR脱硝系统中得到了越来越多的应用，针对尿素水解装置在运行中存在的问题，优化尿素水解制氨系统，将原有的蒸汽伴管伴热改为夹套管伴热，新增新一代的水解反应器，提高反应液浓度，大大提高了脱硝系统的安全性、稳定性及经济性，为类似水解工艺存在的问题提供了解决思路。
