Abstract：
随着我国社会经济的不断进步和发展，基础设施建设的不断完善，土木工程建设的数量不断增加，土木工程的发展呈现出快速发展的趋势。国民经济水平的提高和人民生活质量的提高使土木工程的施工质量成为人们关注的课题，土木工程设计中结构和地基加固技术的优化是提高土木工程质量的重要组成部分。本文对当前我国土木工程建设中的结构设计和地基加固技术的应用进行了探讨和分析，以期为相关土木工程师提供参考。
