Abstract：
中职职业教育是负责为社会培养专业的职业技能人才，随着时代的不断发展以及我国人均受教育水平的不断提高，中职生所面临的职场竞争压力也越来越大。中职教育机构在培养专业技术人才的过程中，除了要不断强化学生的理论基础和技能水平外，还要加强对学生职业能力的培养，通过全方位培养职业技术人才使其具备更高的职业竞争优势。基于此，文章从培养学生职业能力的角度进行了研究，分析了其价值与现阶段存在的问题，进而具体探讨了培养中职生职业能力的实践策略。
