Abstract：
人的素质是指人的生理和心理上的特点，有先天和后天两种，后天素质是指人在后天的教育与环境中所形成的生理和心理上的特点，也称素养。数学素养是学生在数学学习中所形成的。数学教育，归根结底是提高学生的数学素养。从一开始的数学教学大纲到现在的新课程教学标准，从重视双基教育到培养能力，到提高数学素养的要求，这是贯穿在整个不断发展变化、不断提高的数学教学改革的方向的一条主线。
